The common belief of Enlightenment is by nature man is good, always aspire for greatness, often hinted in the ideals of foolish and vain Greek thoughts. After two World wars, the disillusioned intellectuals began to "deconstruct" the basics of conventions and the fabrics of individual and social life. Trying to care for the tails of life while their heads are sore and corrupt. It is follishness and pride to the core. Yet it is such fools began to dominate the academic, political and religious life of the West. The traits of these self-destructive endeavors are appallingly raw and base. A sad scene to behold. It is almost the old Roman decline in rehearse plus the colonial British arrogance in replay.

Dear Old Person, You really have been seeking truth and I deeply appreciate your open-mindedness. Peterson is a still a trained thinker and phycologist, building his world view on philosophical thinking and speculations, rather than purely on divine revelations. We can never trust someone's ideas, esp. those concerning the invisible spiritual realities, when his or her source of input is mainly intellectual rather than spiritual and supernatural. A solid and real scholarly biblical world view is hard to find. For example, St. Augustine and Martin Luther are still leaning heavily on intellectual and philosophical (Greek) ways of thinking when interrupting and presenting their insights. (And they are the "founding fathers" of so-call Christian theology. A sad fact. ) That means we can NEVER trust their ideas or statements because their are not thoroughly divinely inspired. But there are those who bears the clear sign that they are "taught by God", often we will witness that they walk in power, accompanied by clear signs and wonders. Please start with the three sessions in a series called "God's World Purpose". Follow along with necessary Bibile study. Also if you are interested, pls read The Seed series on our site: www.kingdomage.org. Give yourself some quiet time in reflection and prayer after. God Himself then will reveal to you what you really want to know. You can ask Him anything, and He will answer you through visions, dreams or His personal voice. God is living and real, treat Him as such, rather than a remote idea, as many a scholar does.

刚读完序言,作者不相信多维空间,连死里复活和处女怀孕都无法理解,肯定他不是基督徒。

一个根本的区别在于人之知识和智慧的来源。希腊哲学和思辩,多出于聪慧之人的臆度和揣测。所谓空中楼阁。
老子,孔子,孟子,王阳明的思想与观念,虽各有同异,却都有上启智慧之脉络。后人浅薄,抉裁空廓。所谓人云亦云。
其中不可不察者乃智慧之来源与思维之方法,固有心障,意障,语障之别也。
比如鄙人教授时,多用听信者的visions and dreams为证明和引发。此法几乎百无一失。于是深知人智与空想之欺罔无据。所谓自欺欺人者。

这个话题是个烫手山芋。多数人恐怕都点”意见”, 尽管多数的“意见”恐怕大都是人云亦云。不揣浅陋,my two cents:
佛家理念中许多的理解与观念,尤其其对”法界”的定义与分解,是有其现实基础的。主要者为诸“法”之中,将物质存在与思维存在(精神存在)并立,给虚无缥缈然而真实存在的灵界有所观察与解释。当然,其方法与结论不单值得推敲,而是应该,如同许多的宗教,哲学和心理学一样值得根本质疑和颠覆。又有一点强调:纯粹的佛法与流俗的佛教理念往往大相径庭,万不可混为一谈。这样的混淆当然不限于佛学自身了。
转世投胎当然不是虚妄的臆测,却当为邪灵有心的欺骗。这样的现象解说起来很难,要抓赃在手才好。我所经历和观察的驱除邪灵的过程中,邪灵乃有其人格与思想,寄居并操控着软弱扭曲或倔强自是的患者,非有灵力与灵智合一的外助不能动摇怯除。
我在讲道或祷告时常有人轻易地被解放。有的呢,尽管能够识别,却很难排除。
一点经历以供参考:本人长大,虽多见有异象”奇事”,却不信灵界精神 之实在。直到经历过死而出体,and was baptized in the Holy Spirit, with myriads of angles around when I, out of my control, was preaching to them in an unknown tongue. I did not believe Jesus at the time and was not even baptized in water. I thought he is hoax at the time. Nor do I knew anything about the Holy Spirit.
As to casting out demons, it also caught me out of surprise: one day a black man came to my apartment, introduced by a friend, asked me for help. He had been tormented severely. Demon came to him at night, threatening to kill. He was a baptist preacher, but evidently got involved with the occult (wife's family been practicing voodoo). All these I had no clue at the time even he told how they cast a curse on him. I had no idea what voodoo was, or the possibility that a preacher can be a member of an occult at the same time. But as he, a big and strong man sat on the sofa, seeing his death-like countenance, terrified like a scared child, I took pity on him and decided to pray for him. I was to be surprised. Before my figure slightly touched his shoulder, he began to shook violently like a tree in a tempest. I did not say a word, but every time I got close to put my hand on him, he just vibrated as if electrified. Then as of drunk, melt and fell toward the floor. As soon I hold him back from felling into his own vomit. He again is electrified.
I was absolutely stunned because I know this had nothing to do with me: unlike other "spiritual" encounters before, this time I felt nothing. Rather I had a feeling of repulsion: he vomited a lot of dark and nasty substance in my floor.
That was my first introduction to deal with the demonic. Across the years, I have seen many are delivered, healed. Turn few from killing themselves. But these are but a glimpse of the power of God, most exciting to me is to see many being baptized by the power of the Holy Spirit.
I often contemplate God's way of "contradictions". How He would take interest in me: a strong-willed, well schooled and sophisticated person, full of foolish reasonings and vain imaginations, to strip me down and directly awoke me from my meaningless wandering and disheartening slumber. It is truly, to my own amazement, a miracle.
Why I shared this? They say a picture is better than thousand of words. I think a testimony is better than million of speculations. I have "much" to say about the spiritual realms and the anglic realms, even experiencially. But let us reserve that for another time.

佛家直意中以为转世乃在万物。故转世灵童一说是为密宗的特发。如同佛家的许多观点一样,常常自我矛盾,不可简单调和。
人之转世,为物为人,当然为无稽之论。然而国人所谓鬼神之行,却为真实。故道佛二教,没落之余,常有混淆。
对转世灵童的了解不多。多年前读过一点传记性的报告,细节已经忘却。我的推测是恶灵作怪。
多年前,深夜接到消息。有美国朋友请我祷告。原来他应预先的邀请,要进入印度北部与尼泊儿临近的一个地区传道。之前刚有佛教徒暴动,杀害了二个传教的西方人。当他住在旅店,准备不顾危险进入此区的时候。夜里宅主此区的恶灵进入房间威胁他。说如果他进入的话,恶灵回鼓动暴民杀死他。朋友是正宗经院出身的。在美时为一教会的领导。此时方知神灵之事确实真有。没有别人可以帮助,故打电话给我。盖他出发到印前,由于我的一个关于印度的异梦,我们得以认识。我曾向他交代做好灵修预备恶灵的事。
我因此为此时祷告。夜中,忽闻有人扪打门户。直到乃为恶灵越界来威胁。我遂祷告以却去之。不久,彼铩羽而去。遂电告我友,云可放心而去。
数星期后,友欣然来告。云其地官员为之欢迎警卫,一路任务畅通无阻。以后其人多有别情,每为祷告,必有奇事。
我以为,影响转世之说的也不过是藏边地区的一个地区恶灵而已。世人为之蛊惑,以假为真。
